Randomization approach in the problem of signal restoration by the
results of indirect measurements.
We provide an analytical study of the error components for the
restoration of true signal by a randomized method for solving discrete
ill-posed problems using random projections. We also propose a
criterion for selecting an optimal dimension of the random projection.
