At theses the method of synthesis of vowel sounds of speech on reference patterns 
on a basis soundlets is stated. Are used parent both children discrete 
and continuous soundlets and properties soundlets mapping which allow 
to consider structure quasiperiodic a signal are investigated and 
to compare patterns of vowel sounds of speech of different length. 
On a basis soundlets and soundlets mapping the method of creation of patterns, 
a method of formation of reference patterns and model of synthesis 
of vowel sounds on reference patterns who are used in intellectual systems 
of dialogue are developed.
