The features of input data preparation for building a neural network 
to identify bankrupt were considered. The principles of selection 
and preprocessing of input data for neural network modeling were determined. 
The neural network model of identify interprice bankruptcy of Ukraine's food 
industry was implemented. The model takes into account regional and sectoral 
fatures. The software MatLAB is used for modeling neural network.
