In this article is offered a new modified mathematical model – the center-image. The reason for creating this model is the analytical characterization – ñartesian moments. Compensation parts of plane binary images with higher order moments allows to transform the silhouette area in a brief set of points. There are some proven features of modified mathematical model: the existence, unity and stability "center-image", that confirms the accuracy of the chosen model. The relative position of points of compressed images, highlighted features of ts properties that are useful for the classification of symmetric images are investigated mathematically. Converting images into compressed, their mathematical justification and selection of classes features has its technical implementation. There are proposed standards of concise symmetric images and their transformation into optical (visual) images. Equipment and implementation use an effective optoelectronic element base with low energy price.
