A mathematical model for generating of artificial electro-cardiograms (ECG) with internal 
and external distortions is described. Model allows generating different realistic-form ECG 
with specified amplitude-time characteristics of informa-tive fragments, 
including generating of T- wave alternans and heart rate turbulence.
