The paper is devoted to the problem of analysis of time characteristics 
(total execution time, duration of fragments execution, bottlenecks) 
of parallel programs with the orders based transparent parallelizing technology. 
An approach that combines asymptotic execution time analysis, 
profiling and simulation is proposed. 
It consists of a set of stages, making it possible to repeat only some of the stages 
if the input data of the program, cluster configuration or scheduling algorithm changes.
