Compression of images of text on basis of classifying metric with noise reduction of printing and scanning

The offered  method does not take (represses) into account noises of printing and scanning of symbol images, 
which carry contour, but not structural character. 
The method of compression of symbol images on the basis of classifying metric uses the algorithm 
of classification with the preliminary sifting of elements.
The realized algorithm allows to decrease the volume of out-put data, 
in comparing to the algorithm of JB2, which enters in to the composition of format DjVu. 
The volume of out-put data by data processing with the offered method in relation to JB2, 
for the different values of image resolution reduces from 8% to 28,6% 
for the appropriate values of dot per inch, that makes on the average  about 20%.
