This article is devoted to the problem of jitter estimation of 
Ukrainian speakers’ voices. The most popular method of jitter 
estimation and its modification were used in the experiment to 
compare  voices  of  two  groups  of  Ukrainian  speakers:  with 
normal voices and with hoarseness on the other hand.
