In activity the mathematical models of  static moments are reviewed, 
the modification of one of functional of the moment is obtained, 
the definitions are entered, the estimation of geometry of a mode is given. 
The information tags on mathematical model and for the recognizing device 
are submitted algorithm of image understanding.
