In the article the state-of-the-art review of development status of automation of biomedical researches and to diagnose is done on the basis of biomedical images processing and analysis. It is shown, that by designing of the computer systems which provide the input, processing and analysis of images, development and algorithms using of the previous biomedical image processing, which improve quality of the got images, conducting of images analysis is perspective direction of researches on the given time. The fractal approach is used as mathematical tool of simulation, analysis and synthesis of biomedical images. The algorithm of construction of great numbers Julia is used for the synthesis of kernel cell shape. The algorithm is based on iteration of some complex function. Placing of kernels cells on a plane is carried out on the basis of affine transformations of space. At the analysis of biomedical images the algorithm of determination of parameters of affine transformations of placing of kernels cells is offered on the input image, which allows analyzing their conformity to the regularity of location on a plane. On the basis of the proposed algorithms of analysis and synthesis the program system is designed in a software environment Borland Delphi 6.0 and the results of simulation are given.
