invariance with respect to external indignations. Discussed possibility 
and advantage of using a method of recognition basing on information flow 
compensations. Motivated practicability of deciding a problem of recognition 
by the method under which problem of recognition takes a type of searching 
standard requiring minimum expenses on management, than is ensured minimum 
mutual information, but consequently maximum vicinity of image and standard. 
Conducted system capacity to work evaluation under external outraging,
